A novembre 2015 ho partecipato alla mia prima convention sci-fi a Bonn, la Ring Con giunta alla sua ultima edizione, purtroppo.
Il motivo della partecipazione è stata la presenza di buona parte del cast e dell'autrice Diana Gabaldon, di Outlander serie di libri e Tv show che seguo da tempo, ma anche l'occasione per conoscere nuove amiche sparse per l'Italia incontrate solo virtualmente grazie a questa nuova passione in comune.
Appena potrò metterò un resoconto un po' più dettagliato della manifestazione e soprattutto quando ne avrò la possibilità il testo dei panel di Outlander...per ora, visto che è il mio blog, metto solo una foto che riassume le belle emozioni provate.
Si tratta di Sam Heughan che riconosce una fan, e quella fan sono io durante il suo panel pomeridiano. Non me lo sarei mai aspettata, ancora una volta si è dimostrato una persona speciale. Non lo metto per vantarmi ma solo per far sapere, a chi ancora lo dovesse ignorare, che persona bella e speciale è questo ragazzo che non delude mai nessuno e riesce persino a ricordarsi i visi di quelli che ha già incontrato. La fama non sembra averlo cambiato o avergli montato la testa.
E' stato un momento molto simpatico, visto che la sottoscritta non se ne era nemmeno accorta, che ancora oggi con le amiche presenti e non ricordiamo ridendo... basta poco per rendere felice una fan!
In November 2015 I attended my first sci-fi convention in Bonn, the Ring Con, the latest edition, unfortunately.
The reason for participation was the presence of most of the cast of Outlander, the Tv series, and of the author Diana Gabaldon, that I follow for some time, but also the opportunity to meet new friends scattered throughout Italy the i've met only virtually thanks to this new passion in common.
As soon as possible I put a report a bit more detailed of the event and especially i hope to be able to write down the text of the Outlander panel ... for now, since it's my blog, I put just a picture that sums up all the beautiful emotions.
This is Sam Heughan that recognizes a fan, and the fan is me, during his afternoon panel. I would not have ever expected, once again he proved to be a special person. I do not put it to brag but to let people know, to those who still ignore it, what a beautiful and special person this guy is, who never lets anyone down and can even remember the faces of those who have already encountered.
Fame does not seem to have changed him and we hope it won't ever..
It was a very nice moment, given that the I did not even realize it, and we remember it laughing with friends that were there ... just a little to make the fans happy! Thanks Sam!
